Every piece we sell is a genuine design sourced through authorised channels – never a copy. Choose unstitched fabric, or let our tailors stitch your outfit in UK sizes XS–XL or to your own measurements, with custom sizing at no extra cost and around 2" of seam allowance for easy adjustments.

Most of our outfits are made for you after you order. Our tailors follow the designer's look as closely as the fabric allows – with modesty-conscious finishing: attached sleeves, full inner lining and neatly edged dupattas.

Are your Pakistani designer clothes authentic?
Yes. Sakeena London offers only genuine, verified products sourced through authorised channels: official brand stores, the designers themselves or verified suppliers. We never sell copies or replicas.
Which designers do you stock?
We offer more than 240 Pakistani labels, including Maria B, Sana Safinaz, Asim Jofa, Baroque, Afrozeh, Aik Atelier, Mushq, Faiza Saqlain, Qalamkar and Sobia Nazir. If you can't find a piece on our website, our personal shopping service may be able to source it for you.
How does your stitching service work?
We stitch unstitched designer fabric to look as close as possible to the product images, in a standard UK size or to your own measurements. Our tailoring is modesty-conscious: sleeves are always attached, inner lining gives full coverage, and backless or low-back designs are made with a regular back.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes, custom sizing is free. Enter your measurements in the custom size box at checkout, or send them to us on WhatsApp at +44 7413 469563. We also leave about 2 inches of seam allowance so small adjustments can be made later.
How long will my order take?
Most outfits are sourced and stitched to order, so the estimated delivery time is 15–18 days from your order. Ready-to-wear pieces may arrive sooner. If you need an outfit for an event, send us the product link and your date before ordering so we can advise.
Who delivers my order and do you ship worldwide?
We deliver across the UK and to many countries worldwide with tracked DPD delivery. Shipping costs are based on weight, size and destination and are shown at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Possibly. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees charged by the destination country are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
What is your returns policy?
Because most items are made for you, we offer refunds for damaged, wrong or missing items. Damage must be reported within 12 hours of delivery with an unedited unboxing video and photos. Your statutory rights are not affected. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
